We are NOT a hair salon. Coiffeurafro.fr is a platform for listing and booking appointments with afro hair salons, independent hairdressers (professional, private or enthusiast) specialized in afro and kinky hair cutting.
Can I trust your hairdressers?
YES. We take the time to select every hairdresser on our platform. The hairdressers go through several stages of verification and are selected according to criteria (professionalism, cleanliness of premises, motivation, personality and many others) before they can be listed. The majority of our talent comes from French GuianaCaribbean, Reunion andAfrica. Rest assured, they’re all used to dealing with afro / frizzy hair!

- If the appointment is confirmed, the process is complete. You pay for the service on the spot.
- If the appointment is cancelled, the process is complete. You can search for another hairdresser.
- If a new slot is proposed, you can accept it, refuse it or agree on a time slot.
How do I pay?
It all depends on the hairdresser. However, most of the time, a deposit is requested when the appointment is made, and the remaining balance (i.e. the price of the service minus the deposit) is paid on the day of the service.
How long does it take to receive confirmation of an appointment?
It all depends on the hairdresser. We transfer appointment requests instantly. Confirmation time varies between 3 min – 7J depending on the hairdresser. Secondly, if you don’t receive an e-mail immediately after making an appointment request, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly .
