K BRAIDS LOCKS, real name Ketura, is a hairdresser specializing in locks and braids, based in Gagny, near Paris. Originally from Martinique, she has been passionate about hairdressing since she was very young, and began styling her first customers at the age of 16. Today, she puts her expertise at the service of those wishing to maintain, start or style their locks and braids with adapted techniques.
She offers a wide range of services to enhance natural hair:
- Locs She is a specialist in: root maintenance, length retwist and Locs Repair. She also makes twist or crochet Starter Locs, depending on the desired effect.
- Braids & plaits: Knotless braids, Fulani braids, cornrows, vanilles and other protective styles, for long-lasting, well-groomed hair.
ATTENTION & IMPORTANT :
1 – Read the FAQ below BEFORE booking an appointment.
2 – Watch out for the time difference! For example, if you are in Martinique when you request an appointment, there is a 6-hour time difference (summer time) / 5-hour time difference (winter time) with the times displayed on the schedule.

Read carefully before booking an appointment
Booking an appointment: everything you need to know.
When you request an appointment, you will be asked to pay a €10 deposit. Payment of the deposit is MANDATORY in order to confirm an Appointment Request.
ATTENTION Please PAY ATTENTION to the e-mail address you enter when requesting an appointment. This is where you will receive all the information (link for deposit, appointment confirmation e-mail, address, etc.).
The remaining balance (price of the service minus the deposit) is paid on the day of the appointment by Paylib, PayPal or cash. If you pay in cash, please bring the extra money as I won’t have any change.
You MUST confirm your presence before 7 p.m. the day before the appointment.
Even if you have received an appointment confirmation, please CONFIRM your presence via Instagram (@k.braids.locks) the day before the appointment before 7pm. This is MANDATORY. If you do not confirm your presence, the RDV is cancelled and redistributed and the deposit non-refundable.

Delays and cancellations: what happens?
Delays :
If you think you’ll be late, please let us know on Instagram (@k.braids.locks). Nevertheless :
- Up to 15 minutes late: €5 extra charge
- After 20 min: the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations :
Emergencies may arise, which is totally understandable. Nevertheless, please notify us as soon as possible via Instagram (@k.braids.locks) so that the slot can be redistributed to other customers.
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment: the deposit is retained and will be deducted from a future service.
- Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: Deposit forfeited and non-refundable.
What should you do to your hair before a date?
Your hair must be CLEAN and DETANGLED. Thank you for shampoo and clean your hair before the appointment.

Other information (companions, availability, emergency appointments, etc.)
– If you only see red dates when requesting a Book appointment, this means that there is no availability. Please wait for the next availabilities which are posted every week on Saturday or Sunday.
– Accompanying persons are NOT accepted.
