You can pay the remaining balance on the day of the appointment ONLY by credit card. I do NOT take cash

In the event of cancellation, the Deposit is non-refundable. It is only in the event of cancellation by TENESSIE HAIRSTYLIST.

There is a €15 surcharge for appointments after 7.30am and a €18 surcharge for appointments after 7pm.

To ensure optimal service, please respect the time set for your appointment. Neither early nor late.

You are NOT obliged to confirm your presence the day before your appointment.

Please notify TENESSIE HAIRSTYLIST as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment. The Deposit will NOT be refundable.

Delays :

Contact TO TENESSIE HAIRSTYLIST in the event of a delay of any length.

• From 10 minutes late: if you do not inform us of your delay, the appointment is cancelled and the Deposit is non-refundable.
• From 15 minutes late: an additional €10 will be charged.
• From 30 minutes late: an additional €20 will be charged.
• 40 minutes or more delay: the appointment is cancelled and the Deposit is non-refundable.

Why this strict “policy” on delays? Many customers arrive late for their appointments. Unfortunately, it only takes one customer to be late for the next appointment. So, in order to discourage late arrivals and make customers feel more responsible, TENESSIE HAIRSTYLIST has adopted a strict policy on late arrivals.

Cancellations :

In the event of cancellation, the Deposit is non-refundable. It is refundable only in the event of cancellation by TENESSIE HAIRSTYLIST.

Time of arrival :

There is no waiting room, so please DO NOT arrive more than 5 minutes early. To ensure optimal service, please respect the time set for your appointment. Neither early nor late.

Your hair must be CLEAN, DETANGLED (pre-combed) and DRY (not wet or tangled). WARNING, an additional charge of €15 will be applied if hair is not properly prepared.

You are not obliged to pull your hair before the styling, but we recommend that you do so for best results. You can have your hair pulled free of charge before the service, but remember to let us know when you book your appointment.

ATTENTION:

Braiding hair and accessories are NOT supplied.
NO SMALL, whatever the service.

For the “Bohoo Effect” option (curls inside the strands): you will find HERE the reference of the strands to be taken. Be sure to use the “Hi Roller” curls.

Leave-out sew-in:

With natural strands (see HERE): 2 packs of strands (3 if you want volume)

– To make invisible Locs / knotless braids / twist you need a minimum length of 4cm.

– For short hairstyles, it’s best to use the old-fashioned technique of wrapping the strand around the hair so that the style can hold well.
