NO. Coiffeurafro.fr is a platform for referencing and booking appointments with afro hair salons, independent hairdressers (professional, private or enthusiast) specialized in afro and frizzy hair cuts. Simply put, we put black men, black women and children with frizzy hair in touch with hairdressers who master their hair type.

Simply put, we put black men, black women and children with frizzy hair in touch with hairdressers who master their hair type.
Can I trust your hairdressers?
YES. We take the time to select every hairdresser on our platform. The hairdressers go through several stages of verification and are selected according to criteria (professionalism, cleanliness of premises, motivation, personality and many others) before they can be listed. The majority of our talent comes from French Guiana, Caribbean, Reunion andAfrica. You can rest assured, they’re all used to dealing with afro / frizzy hair!
How can I find out more about the hairdresser?
Select the profile you’re interested in and you’ll be taken straight to the hairdresser’s profile, with all the details.
How do I make an appointment ?
1. Request an appointment directly from the profile of the hairdresser you are interested in.
2. Your request is forwarded to the hairdresser .
3. Our hairdresser then decides whether to accept, refuse or propose a new time slot.
- If the appointment is confirmed, the process is complete. You pay for the service on the spot.
- If the appointment is cancelled, the process is complete. You can search for another hairdresser.
- If a new slot is proposed, you can accept it, refuse it or agree on a time slot.
How do I pay?
It all depends on the hairdresser. However, most of the time, a deposit is requested when the appointment is made, and the remaining balance (i.e. the price of the service minus the deposit) is paid on the day of the service.
How long does it take to receive confirmation of an appointment ?
It all depends on the hairdresser. We transfer appointment requests instantly. Confirmation time varies from 3 min to 7 days, depending on the hairdresser.
** WARNING : Coiffeurafro.fr has no authority over the operation of hairdressers (see Terms and Conditions). We cannot force them to respond faster or to confirm an appointment. Nevertheless, please do not hesitate to contact us contactcoiffeurafro@gmail.com if you don’t hear from us within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to help you**.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
If you wish to change or cancel an appointment, please contact your hairdresser directly. Their contact details (email, Instagram or phone) are available on their profile.
In which cities are we present?
EVERYWHERE in Metropolitan France (Paris, Toulouse, Lyon, Montpellier…..), Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and internationally (Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, UK…). If you would like to list your hairdressing services on our website, please fill in our referral form !
Where do your hairdressers come from?
The majority of our hairdressers are Afro-Caribbean, although all hairdressers are welcome on our platform! The most important thing for us is to list service providers who are used to dealing with your frizzy hair!
