2 – Be aware of the time difference ! For example, if you are in Martinique when you book an appointment, there is a 6-hour time difference (summer time) / 5-hour time difference (winter time) with the times displayed on the schedule.

Booking an appointment: everything you need to know.
A non-refundable deposit of €10.40 will be required once your appointment has been confirmed. Payment of the Deposit is mandatory in order to confirm an Appointment Request.
Payment of the remaining balance is made on the day of the service by instant transfer, PayPal or cash. Please bring extra money as I won’t have any change.
Confirm your presence 24 hours before your appointment
Even if you have received an appointment confirmation, please CONFIRM your presence by phone(06 95 90 81 93) or Instagram (@divabeautyhair__) at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Include the following information in your message:
– Service chosen
– Date and time
– Last name First name
Delays and cancellations: what happens?
Delays :
If you think you will be late, please let DIVABEAUTY know by phone(06 95 90 81 93) or Instagram (@divabeautyhair__). Please note thatafter 15 minutes: the appointment is unfortunately cancelled and thedeposit is non-refundable.
However, in certain exceptional cases, if the appointment is maintained :
- Between 10 and 15 minutes late: €10 will be charged
- Between 16 and 20 minutes late: €20 will be charged
- After 21 min: the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations :
Emergencies may arise, which is totally understandable. Nevertheless, please notify DIVABEAUTY as soon as possible by phone(06 95 90 81 93) or Instagram (@divabeautyhair__).
The deposit remains non-refundable.
What should you do to your hair before a date?
Your hair must be CLEAN and DETANGLED . For a ponytail, your hair must be COMPLETELY DRY.
Please shampoo and clean your hair before the appointment. There should be NO oils, creams, pomades or other products in your hair.
If these conditions are not met, the service may be cancelled.

Other information (companions, availability, emergency appointments, etc.)
– If you only see red dates when requesting an appointment, this means that there is no availability. Please wait for the next ones.
– Accompanying persons are NOT accepted. Nevertheless and in certain exceptional cases, you can contact DIVABEAUTY by phone(06 95 90 81 93) or Instagram (@divabeautyhair__) to request authorization.
– For all emergency appointment requests, contact DIVABEAUTY by phone(06 95 90 81 93) or Instagram (@divabeautyhair__).
ATTENTION, there is an additional cost of :
– 20€ for appointments between 10am and 6pm
– 25€ for requests before 10am OR after 7pm
