Read carefully before booking an appointment
Book an appointment : everything you need to know.
Once you’ve requested an appointment, you’ll be asked to pay a deposit of €15 for Faux locs / €20 for real locs / €10 for natural hairstyles.
Payment of the deposit is MANDATORY in order to confirm a booking.
The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the service ONLY IN CASH . Please come with a deposit as I won’t have any change.
Deposit : How do I make a down payment?
A deposit of €15 for Faux locs / €20 for real locs / €10 for natural hairstyles is REQUIRED to confirm an Appointment Request.
You have 5 minutes to pay the deposit. After this time, your request for an appointment will be refused to make room for another customer.
You can send the deposit via PayPal OR Paylib. When sending the deposit, please include the following information about your Book appointment request:
- Selected service
- Date and Time
- First and last name

Confirm your presence 24 hours before your appointment
Even if you have received an appointment confirmation, please CONFIRM your presence by e-mail (lulocks.n.co@gmail.com) or Instagram (@lu_looocks) at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled and redistributed to other customers. The deposit is non-refundable.

– Date and time
– Last name First name
Delays and cancellations: what happens?
This is understandable, but please let us know as soon as possible if you think you’ll be late.
Delays :
– From 15 min: late arrivals are charged €10.
– From 30 min: late arrivals are charged €15.
– After 45 min: the appointment is automatically cancelled and thedeposit isnon-refundable.
Cancellations :
Emergencies can happen, which is totally understandable. Nevertheless, please let us know as soon as possible. The deposit is NON-refundable unless LU LOCKS cancels.
Day of appointment
Your hair must be CLEAN, NOURISHED and . DETANGLED. Please shampoo and clean your hair before the appointment.
